Apple Pie overnight oats

Apple Pie overnight oats

Prep time: 5 min Cooking time: 0 min Total time: 5 min

Ingredients:

  1. Rolled oats
  2. Chia seeds
  3. Salt
  4. Cinnamon
  5. Apples, diced (I like gala)
  6. Honey or maple syrup
  7. Milk of your choice (I use oat)
  8. Greek yogurt (I use oikos vanilla)

Instructions:

  1. Decide how many servings you want to prep, then get the containers ready.
  2. To each container, add the ingredients above in the order listed. Add just enough milk to cover the oats. Don't stir!
  3. Leave in the fridge at minimum 6 hours, at most for 5 days.
  4. When ready to eat, get out from the fridge and stir to combine!
  5. To meal prep: leave in the fridge until ready to enjoy :)
