Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup chia seeds
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 2 tablespoons cocoa

Instructions:

  1. Divide the chia seeds evenly between two containers, then do the same with the milk. Stir gently to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to plump up.
  2. After 10 minutes, give a gentle stir, then add the vanilla and cocoa. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, the longer the better.
  4. Enjoy straight from the fridge! (I like mine topped with raspberries and chocolate chips)
