French Toast

Ingredients:
- 16 slices of bread
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk and whisk until fluffy. Add in vanilla and cinnamon and mix to combine.
- In a large saucepan or griddle, melt butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture to coat entire slice. Place on warm pan/ griddle. Let cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- To meal prep: let french toast slices cool on a cooling rack, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. When ready to eat, microwave for 30 seconds, or toast, and top with syrup, fruit, etc. Keeps in freezer for up to two months. Follow same reheating instructions, no need to thaw.
