Oatmeal Balls

Serving size:

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 0 minutes Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  5. any other seeds, nuts etc you want to add!

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Allow to chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Form into small balls.
  4. To meal prep: store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy chilled straight from the fridge!
