Ingredients:
- Yogurt of your choice
- Fruit of your choice (I like strawberries!)
- Toppings of your choice (granola, chocolate chips, graham crackers etc.)
Instructions:
- Portion out your yogurt into however many containers you're prepping.
- Add cut up fruit on top, or alternatively you can layer it between the yogurt.
- To meal prep: keep in fridge up to 5 days. Keep toppings separate until ready to enjoy.
