Parfait

Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt of your choice
  2. Fruit of your choice (I like strawberries!)
  3. Toppings of your choice (granola, chocolate chips, graham crackers etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Portion out your yogurt into however many containers you're prepping.
  2. Add cut up fruit on top, or alternatively you can layer it between the yogurt.
  3. To meal prep: keep in fridge up to 5 days. Keep toppings separate until ready to enjoy.
