Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and a blender and blend until well combined and smooth.
- To meal prep: keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
