Ingredients:

  1. 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 2 tablespoons tahini
  3. 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and a blender and blend until well combined and smooth.
  2. To meal prep: keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
